- This product is made of aluminum alloy CNC, and is made by sandblasting and anodizing process. It is not only firm, but also has excellent hand feel.
Power: 65W (using the default L245 heating core)
Temperature control range: 0-480 degrees
Heating core: L245 (customized); Compatible with JBC245 (DC mode is required, and the machine can only be started when the voltage is greater than 20V)
Power interface: TYPE-C
Fast charging protocol: QC/PD
Power supply range: 9-20V
Internal resistance value of L245 heating core: 6.5 Ω
Length (excluding soldering head): 135.6mm Use instructions:
1. Use for quick temperature regulation: press the middle key to select CH: ON to open the step adjustment, press the left and right keys to quickly call the five component step pre stored temperature according to the preset step temperature
2. Use for normal temperature regulation: Press the middle key to select CH: OFF to turn off the grading regulation, press the left key to decrease the temperature according to the set temperature step, and press the right key to increase the temperature to adjust the temperature.
3. Press and hold the middle key for more than 3 seconds to enter the menu setting, and you can adjust each item according to the menu description. After entering the lower menu, long press for 3 seconds to return to the upper menu
Note:
1. Before use, you must confirm the condition of your own charging head. If you can only provide 5V power supply and do not support PD, please replace the charging head for use in QC fast charging protocol.
2. Setting method of decoy voltage: if the charging head is above 65W, no setting is required.
3. If the power of the charging head is insufficient, the default setting of the electric soldering iron is 20V leakage. If the charging head does not support, it will automatically jump to the maximum allowable voltage gear. If the screen flashes during use, it means that the power of the charging head is insufficient and the current limiting function is not supported. At this time, you need to check the range of the charging head output parameters, and obtain the current value by dividing the maximum supported voltage by 6.5, If the calculated value is lower than the current value provided by the corresponding voltage marked on the charging head, the voltage will be set to trap.
5. DC mode refers to the direct use of external DC12-20V full power supply to supply power to the soldering pen through TYPEC cable without using the fast charging protocol charging head.
